Get your iPhone repaired in 3 simple steps...
- Find the iPhone repair service you require. If you are unable to locate or you are unsure of the iPhone repair service you need, please contact us.
- After you know the price for your iPhone repair and are happy to proceed, please complete the required repair form here.
- Print the iPhone repair form and send both the form and your iPhone to our address on the bottom of our repair form.
Recommendations:
Please package your iPhone securely in a box or jiffy bag with enough packaging around the iPhone to prevent any further damage whilst in transit to us.
We would recommend sending your iPhone to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a trusted courier service, with enough insurance to cover your iPhone.
You are welcome to drop in your iPhone to us at our offices. We are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Remember:
We do not require any payment up front so please do not send any money to us.
As soon as your iPhone arrives at our offices, we will contact you to inform you of this, normally via email.
We will inspect your iPhone and repair within 2-3 working days.
As soon as your iPhone is repaired, we will contact you for payment.
We accept card payments, bank transfers or cheques.
We will then send your iPhone back to you in secure packaging by UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
