Q. Why are your repair prices slightly more expensive than other iPhone repair companies?
A. We charge a little more on our iPhone repairs as we strive to perfect every iPhone that we repair. While other companies may change, for example, an iPhone touchscreen leaving dust between the LCD and front glass touchscreen, we take our time ensuring there is no dust particles left between screen layers to ensure the end repair is of the highest quality. Your iPhone is an expensive device so you would expect a repaired iPhone to come back to you looking as good as possible. Here at iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD, we take pride in our repair work. We also offer a full 12 month warranty on all iPhone repairs. We are a dedicated team of iPhone repair specialists. We do not operate from a residential property or a bedroom as other so called iPhone repair companies do. All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current rate.
Q. How long does it take to repair my iPhone?
A. We always quote a 5 working day turnaround time although most repairs are completed within 3 working days. Most repairs are completed within this time. If we expect a delay to your iPhone repair, we will inform you.
Q. How much is return delivery for my iPhone after repair?
A. We charge £8.00 delivery to anywhere in the UK or £10.00 anywhere else worldwide.
Q. If my iPhone cannot be repaired or I do not want to proceed with a repair, will there be any charge?
A. We charge an inspection fee of £20.00 which includes return delivery. If you decide to proceed with you iPhone repair, this fee is automatically absorbed into the final repair costs.
Q. Can I drop my iPhone into you for repair?
A. You are more than welcome to visit us at our offices. Our office address is on our contacts page.
Q. When do I pay for the repair?
A. We only ask for payment once the repair is completed. We will contact you by phone or email. You can then choose to pay by card, cheque or bank transfer.
Q. How much does our 0871 number cost to call?
A. Calls to our 0871 number will cost 10p per minute from a BT landline, charges may vary with other network provider
