WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
STATEMENTS
Please check each statement below confirming that you
agree to the terms and conditions set forth for any repairs performed
by iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD.
I understand iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD is not
responsible for any software or data lost on my iPhone. I am responsible
for backing up the data on the iPhone prior to shipping the unit to
iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD for repair.
I understand iPhone Repairs & Spares
LTD is not responsible for any damage caused to my iPhone during shipping
to AND from our workshop. I understand that iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD will insure
my iPhone during return shipment.
I understand iPhone Repairs & Spares
LTD charges an inspection fee of £20.00. The inspection fee is automatically
absorbed into the final repair cost once I have given go ahead for
the repair. If I decline repair I must pay the inspection fee.
I agree that if after 3 months I have not paid or collected my iPhone after I have been contacted regarding my repaired iPhone, iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD will recycle my iPhone to recover costs.

We only ask for payment once the repair is
completed. We accept the following payment methods:
VISA/Debit Cards/MasterCard/JCB/Switch/Solo,
Cheques & BACS. Paying by credit card will incur a 2.05% surcharge.
Return insured delivery is £10.00 on all repairs and is fully insured up to a maximum of £500.00. We use UPS as our chosen courier service, ensuring a fast, fully trackable service.
Any repairs not paid for or uncollected after 3 months will be recycled to recover costs.
