To repair your iPhone at our workshop, we have dedicated repair tools. We will always handle your iphone with care when dismantling and reassembling, making sure not to leave any damage to the casing or iphone internals.
When your iPhone arrives at our workshop, we make a note of your details on our database. We will inspect and repair your iPhone within 7-10 working days. If a price has not been agreed, we will inspect and contact you by phone or email and let you know exactly what costs are involved. We will not surprise you with any hidden or extra costs. Quoted iPhone repair prices always include parts, labor and insured delivery back to you. The price we quote is the price you pay. Should you not decide to go ahead with a repair, we will only charge a £10 + VAT inspection fee, which includes insured return delivery (UK customers only).
